In a black and white world, in an indefinite age, two lovers going home after a party, find themselves in front of the "Monumental Cemetery" in Milan.
The gate to the entrance is ajar so they decide to slip inside. They are absolutely fascinated by such a mysterious and "magic" place.
They start dancing and playing "hide and seek" amongst the beautiful statutes , tombstones and chapels.
This childish game gradually takes the shape of a whirlwind, an infinite maelstrom that fatally leads to a melting of love with art, life with death.
